to put the gardens to sleep for the winter. Winter. Ugh where did summer go? It was nice not having so many beds to care for. It was nice creating instead of
weeding.
What wasn't nice was watching the beds at the old house get more and more overgrown with weeds. She doesn't even mow the lawn. She's a freaking spoiled little lazy witch. Truly, she is. I had a run in with her over the electric bill. Perhaps I told that story already?
The garden didn't do much this year. I added some chicken poo and am going to add more. Then DH can till it in. Well, if he takes part of the fence down he can. ;O
I did plant some lovely yellow old english roses. I love them. Now I need to add an apricot color and get the picket fence up. Today I cleared more of the pasture. Takes a looooong time. I also redid some chicken fencing so my hands are cut to hell.
Should I let the herbs go or move them in the house?
