We had to deal with my son cutting one time when they had put him Zolft. Couldn't figure out where he was getting the cuts on his forehead then saw him one day with a piece of electrical wire and a bell went off. Had the cut his meds in half that day and call his psyc doc to let him know what was going on and he told us do what we were already doing.
