Quick note. My daughter wrote a suicide note and gave me a handful of razor blades. I guess she is a cutter but was hiding it. She was also hiding drinking and taking way too many pils. I am really lucky she didn't OD. So I put her in the psych hospital twice, then in day treatment. She missed three months of school. She passed all her classes except one. That means now we have to do summer school.
I can't even tell you how many nights I spent awake all night...checking her pulse...

Does anyone know anything about bipolar disorder? I'm looking for some info on it that I can't seem to find on the web. I think I need to talk with someone with experience or knowledge about it. I am totally ignorant and have some questions about a friend.

I went to see the Dr three times.

First time to see if i could have something for my bad case of hives.

Second week i went again - Dr told me its scabies... gave me intructions, precription of cream Benhex to be applied to skin from jawline down to my toes and some pills for the itch, a website addy and to treat myself fortnightly. and told me to come back if there's still problems.

Ok 'family' members. It is time to pull together for one of our own.

I received a phone message from Caysa in Finland. She was calling me from the hospital. Due to not knowing her wishes for privacy, I will state that she has a very high temp and some sort of infection going on.

Can everyone pull together and say a small prayer for our dear Caysa. I believe in the power of prayer to whom/what ever you choose to offer them up to.

I will keep you posted as I find things...

My MIL called to tell me that one of the nurses I work with was in a terrible alcohol related crash early this AM. She built the suspense up and I was shaking and I could feel that cold gripping around my heart.

I just adore this young male nurse I work with. He is so generous and polite and just has a huge tender kind heart. Everyone loves him. Apparently he was drunk and driving with another male over a 100 miles an hour and they went airborne. The car is smashed so bad. He is alive...

million thanks I was out back in the yard playing with Shot Saturday night, and he hurt himself running around. I think he slipped, or something and his right rear leg gave out on him. I rushed him to Anchor bay vet, and they took x rays but nothing appeared to be broken. The Doctor thinks he twisted the wrong way and pinched a nerve. yesterday i was on the computer and then mum received a phone call (was my brother , my brother is a theiving lieing bastard that has been doing drugs and alcho for 5-6 years and his only 1 he was asking for money , money to catch the train to my aunties house 5 hours away , why?....a few weeks ago he robbed an old man on the train with a fake gun while wearing...

says Owen our youngest son has been arrested

and is being kept in the police cells for a week

for having a gun or two, drugs and cash in his car.

of course both Tom and I were very shocked, stunned and ashamed to have a son doing this totally unacceptable crime. We had no police records or anything apart from minor speed tickets.

ugh!!

got a call early Friday morning, from my daughter in college (tampa, FLa) .. she was at the hospital. Had gotten into a car accident overnight and they took her to the hospital. Ok thats good I say.. I ask her what is wrong, she tells me that her abdomen is sore.. probably from the seatbelt they tell her.

They are keeping her there to observe her... a couple of hours later, she calls back... I talk to a Dr.. that tells me that they have done a Cat Scan because...

Kristi's (stepdaughter) doctor cleared her to go up to Roseburg (3 hours away) for a work meeting on Tuesday at 4pm (2 days before her due date) WITHOUT doing a vaginal to see if she was even dilating. At 3.47am on Wednesday, she calls me from her hotel room saying she is in labor.

By 4am I was on the phone with Don telling him. He had left at 2am to go drive. He was in a town that I would have to drive through to get to her, so he called his boss, they decided to let the truck...

Hi all......
Its been awhile since I've been here, been feeling a little poorly, so my doctor has had me involved in a battery of tests. Having trouble breathing, and my heart has been beating irregularly, and I have a *puffy* thyroid. So....
To date I have had, numerous blood tests, DNA test, Chest & throat CT scans, Echo cardo-gram, wore the Holter monitor for 48 hours, had a stress test, and a pulmonary Lung Function Test.

Please pray for my DD Anna, she had to put down her dear foal tonight... They went to her inlaws for dinner and when they came back the foal (1 years old) was in great pain and very bloated. The intestins had tangled up and there was nothing else she could do. We have been there all evening now and it hurts so much to see her sorrow. She is blaiming herself for beeing away for a few hours and for the foal beeing in pain...

as most of you may know, My daughter, Rebecca is currently serving the military in Iraq.
we hear from her quiet often and her spirits seem very high considering the bastards have tried to blow her vehicle up several times now.
but I vent
She is looking forward to christmas and has set up a christmas tree in her platoon area, the ornamentations of course...

I had to share this even though it's so far off topic that it's pathetic.

Those of you who know me well (and most who don't), know that I am totally addicted to working on my genealogy. I took it over for who else? My mother after she died.

Anyway, my gr gr grandmother has haunted me for 4 years now. Actually even longer because when Mom was working on it she was Mom's brick wall that everyone was trying to break down. It was so bad that I comissioned a girl to redo this scan...
